Abut the product
Bánffy Castle from Bonțida is the largest castle complex in Transylvania. Its renovation started in 1999. The process has been continuing ever since through professional workshops financed by several international institutions. The castle buildings have several functions today: there are exhibition halls, offices, conference rooms, community spaces, private rooms and a café. The castle park hosts open-air screenings during the Transylvania International Film Festival, the Castle Days and the Electric Castle music festival every summer.
